Sinclair Softball Nationally Ranked
Dayton, OH – The Sinclair softball team returned from the Space Coast of Florida flying high as they used spring break to start the season 11-0. Blasting off to an undefeated start, they also earned enough votes to move up to #13 nationally in this week’s NJCAA Division II Softball Rankings.
Over the course of the 11 games, the Pride pounded out 106 hits and 11 home runs with 87 runs scored.
Even though the bats were alive, pitching seemed to dominate the week only giving up 34 runs and striking out 72 batters.
Sinclair will return action Lansing at Athletes in Action as they take on Lansing in a non-conference doubleheader starting at1pm.
