COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS SINGLE-GAME TICKETS FOR 2018-19 SEASON GO ON SALE FRIDAY, AUGUST 24 AT 10 A.M.

Ohio residents will have exclusive first opportunity to purchase tickets through 9 a.m. on Monday, August 27

 

COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets announced today that single-game tickets for home games played at Nationwide Arena during the 2018-19 season, including the Friday, October 5 home opener against the Carolina Hurricanes, will go on sale to the public on Friday, August 24 at 10 a.m.

 

As a special consideration for Blue Jackets fans within the state of Ohio, the club also announced that Ohio residents will have the first opportunity to purchase single-game tickets when they go on sale.  The exclusive presale for Ohio residents will be in effect through Monday, August 27 at 9 a.m. with tickets for those residing outside the state of Ohio available starting at that time.  Residency is based on credit card billing address.

 

The 2018-19 schedule is highlighted by the following theme nights and promotional giveaways:

● Friday, October 5 vs. Carolina Hurricanes – Opening Night: Pregame plaza party presented by Nationwide and 2018-19 schedule magnet giveaway presented by Papa John’s Pizza

● Saturday, October 27 vs. Buffalo Sabres – T-shirt giveaway presented by FOX Sports Ohio

● Tuesday, October 30 vs. Detroit Red Wings – Hockey Halloween

● Thursday, November 15 vs. Florida Panthers – Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by OhioHealth

Fans may purchase single-game tickets at BlueJackets.com, the official club website, and ticketmaster.com.  Tickets will also be available at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, OhioHealth Chiller Ice Rinks, FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing and all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers.  Fans may purchase by phone at (800) 745‐3000.
