Dayton, OH – The Sinclair (13-8/6-3) Volleyball team returned home to Building 8 Arena for the first time in almost a month to a warm crowd and a 3-0 victory over Cedarville University JV (1-3).
Not only was this a grand homecoming after 18 consecutive matches on the road, but Coach KC Gan recorded his 350thcareer victory as the Sinclair Head Volleyball Coach.
The first two sets went smooth for the home team as Sinclair cruised to easy wins behind a couple of long rallies that the Yellow Jackets could not match.
The third set the visitors fought to stay within striking distance only to fall short on another late Sinclair rally.

After playing on the road for most of the month of September, you cannot say the young team is young anymore. The ladies have pulled together under the adversity of a strong schedule and being on the road to put themselves in a position with 6 home conference games to finish the season. Those games will have a direct impact in the NJCAA Region XII tournament seedings in early November as Sinclair is currently tied for 2ndin the conference.
Sinclair will return to action tomorrow night as they welcome Clark State into Building 8 Arena for a 6pm match.
